With a background in both corporate strategy and integrative wellness, Enid brings a grounded and versatile perspective to her role as President of Pinnacle Counseling Group. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to clinical integrity and a deep respect for the whole person, dedicated to fostering the emotional health of our local communities.
As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples to heal from a harmful event or relationship, grow their sense of self and satisfaction, and gain insight into themselves and their relationships.

Community Impact
I am passionate about community and giving back. I currently sit on the Alumnae Board at Saint Francis High School here in Sacramento and am a past secretary of the Sacramento Valley chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Previous volunteer experience includes Dorchester County Mobile Crisis Unit, Wounded Warrior Project, US Air Force Spouses wellness, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
Corporate Consulting
In addition to my private practice, I work in corporate communications and digital strategy and have served as a coach for managers and executives. I draw on my experience in large, publicly-traded companies to support clients with issues related to their careers and work stress.
