Not medical advice; no therapeutic relationship
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not intended to substitute for a consultation with a licensed clinician, and should not be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment.
Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or exchanging preliminary email or telephone communications does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or fiduciary relationship between you and Pinnacle Counseling Group or any of its clinicians. A therapeutic relationship is established only after intake paperwork is completed, informed consent is signed, and clinical services have formally begun.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or thinking about harming yourself or others, do not use this website. Call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
02

Third-party services and links
This website may include links to, or embedded content from, third-party services such as our online booking platform (SimplePractice), analytics providers, and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
05
Communications and confidentiality
Please do not send confidential clinical information through the contact form, general email, or telephone voicemail before a therapeutic relationship has been established. These channels are not fully secure, and communications you send through them are not covered by therapist-client privilege.
Once you become a client, all clinical communication and record storage is conducted through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (SimplePractice), which supports encrypted messaging and video sessions.
